Legal & Policies › Terms Of Use
Last updated: 26 October 2026 Effective: 9 November 2026 for existing users; immediately for new registrations
OwoDaily Limited (RC 2009981), Plot A37E, Ikate Ancient City, Lekki, Lagos 106104, Nigeria ("OwoDaily", "we", "us") operates the website owodaily.com, the OwoDaily web application and the related services (together, the "Platform").
These Terms of Use are one agreement in two parts. Part 1 applies to everyone who uses the Platform. Part 2 contains Schedules that apply the moment you take up a particular role: Member, Campaign Owner, Creator, Affiliate or Partner. A Schedule applies to you in addition to Part 1, and if a Schedule and Part 1 conflict, the Schedule wins for that role. Schedule F holds all fees, taxes and payout rules and applies to everyone.
Please read these Terms carefully. They are written in plain English on purpose, so that every user can understand what we expect from you and what you can expect from us.
"Account" means the account you register on the Platform.
"Affiliate" means a Member who promotes OwoDaily memberships, OwoDaily Plus, courses, deals or Partner products through a personal referral link, and earns Commissions or Bounties on qualifying results.
"Bounty" means a fixed cash reward that OwoDaily or a Campaign Owner pays to every Member who completes a published set of actions within a published period and passes verification. A Bounty has no element of chance.
"Campaign" means any Micro-Job, Bounty, Content Reward campaign, cashback deal or affiliate offer posted on the Platform.
"Campaign Owner" means a user who posts and funds a Campaign. A Campaign Owner may be a Member, an OwoDaily Plus member or a Partner.
"Deal with Cashback" means a deal listed by a Partner under which a customer who buys the deal and verifies the purchase receives a fixed cashback amount funded by that Partner.
"Commission" means a payment to an Affiliate for a qualifying sale or claim made through the Affiliate's referral link.
"Content Reward" means a Campaign that pays a Creator per verified view, post or result for content the Creator publishes on a social platform (currently TikTok).
"Creator" means a Member who takes part in a Content Reward campaign.
"Credits" means prepaid, non-cash units that a Member, OwoDaily Plus member or Partner buys from OwoDaily and can use only to pay for Campaigns on the Platform.
"Customer" means a person on the free OwoDaily Cashback plan who uses the Platform only to claim cashback on deals.
"Member" means a person who has paid the annual OwoDaily membership fee. "OwoDaily Plus member" means a Member who has paid for OwoDaily Plus.
"Micro-Job" means a small, defined online task posted by a Campaign Owner for Members to complete for a stated fee.
"Partner" means an OwoDaily Plus member that OwoDaily has accepted into its Partner programme under Schedule E, for example a brand listing Deals with Cashback, an agency listing Campaigns for its clients, or a seller of digital products.
"Payout" means a transfer of your Wallet balance to your verified bank account or PayPal account.
"User Content" means everything you upload, post or submit on or through the Platform, including proof screenshots, videos, photos, text, links and profile details.
"Wallet" means the record on your Account of the amount OwoDaily owes you for approved work, Bounties, Commissions and cashback, less any fees and taxes.
"Written notice" means notice by email to the address on your Account, by in-app notification, or by a notice published on the Platform. Notice from you to us is given by email to [email protected].
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old. By creating an Account you confirm that you are 18 or older, that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and that all information you give us is true and current. If we learn that an Account belongs to a person under 18 we will close it and delete the personal data, except where the law requires us to keep it.
2.2 You may hold only one Account. We may close duplicate Accounts and treat their balances under clause 10.
2.3 Where you use the Platform for a company or other business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business, and "you" includes that business.
3.1 You accept these Terms by ticking the box marked "I have read and agree to the OwoDaily Terms of Use" when you register, and again whenever you pay for a membership, buy Credits, fund a Campaign or accept a Schedule. Your tick is an electronic signature under section 93 of the Evidence Act 2011 (as amended) and section 17 of the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc.) Act 2015 (as amended).
3.2 We keep a record of the version you accepted, the date and time, and the device and network used. Those records are kept in the ordinary course of our business and are evidence of your agreement.
3.3 We may change these Terms. For a material change we will give at least 14 days' written notice before it takes effect, and for a change to a fee in Schedule F at least 14 days' notice. If you keep using the Platform after the effective date, or tick the new acceptance box, you accept the change. If you do not accept it, you may close your Account under clause 15 and withdraw any Wallet balance that has reached the payout threshold.
4.1 You are responsible for keeping your login details secret and for everything done through your Account. Tell us at once at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your permission.
4.2 Your Account name, your bank account name and your identity document must all match. Once your bank details are verified, the account name is locked and can only be changed by our support team after you prove your identity.
4.3 If you lose access to your registered email address, we will change it only after you provide a valid government-issued identity document that matches your Account.
4.4 We do not currently collect your BVN or NIN. We may ask for a government-issued ID to verify your age or identity, to restore access, or where the law or a payment partner requires it.
5.1 The Platform offers the following plans. The price of each plan is shown on the pricing page and in Schedule F.
(a) OwoDaily Cashback (free). Claim cashback on listed deals, weekly payouts, email support. No access to Micro-Jobs, Bounties, Content Rewards or Commissions.
(b) Members (annual fee). Everything in Cashback, plus Micro-Jobs, Bounties, Content Rewards, Commission on deals and courses, posting Micro-Jobs (hiring Members), buying Credits, the Commission Club newsletter and weekly payouts.
(c) OwoDaily Plus (annual fee). Everything in Members, plus listing Deals with Cashback, Content Reward campaigns and affiliate Bounty campaigns, the Academy courses, payout reconciliation, priority support, instant post-job API access and live TikTok submission tracking.
(d) Partners. OwoDaily Plus members accepted under Schedule E, who receive extra onboarding and account support for longer-term listings.
5.2 Membership and OwoDaily Plus run for 12 months from payment. Renewal is manual: we will remind you before your plan expires, we never charge you automatically, and if you do not renew, your plan simply lapses. A lapsed Member keeps access to the Account and Wallet to withdraw any balance, but cannot do Micro-Jobs, claim Bounties, earn Commission or post Campaigns until they renew.
5.3 You may upgrade from Members to OwoDaily Plus at the published upgrade price. We do not offer downgrades or refunds of the difference.
5.4 Features, course content and support channels may change over time. We will not remove a core feature of a paid plan during your paid year without offering a reasonable replacement or a pro-rata credit.
6.1 Membership and OwoDaily Plus fees are shown inclusive of VAT and are payable in advance through the payment processors offered at checkout. You do not need an account with the processor.
6.2 Refund of membership fees. You may ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not completed or submitted any Micro-Job, claimed any Bounty, earned any Commission, posted any Campaign, bought Credits or opened any Academy course. After that, or once any of those benefits has been used, membership fees are not refundable, because the service has been delivered.
6.3 If the Platform is unavailable for more than 14 consecutive days for reasons within our control, we will extend your plan by the period of unavailability or, at our choice, refund the unused part of your fee pro-rata.
6.4 Nothing in this clause limits any right you have under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 that cannot be excluded by agreement.
7.1 The Wallet is a record of what we owe you, not a bank account. Your Wallet shows the amount OwoDaily Limited owes you for approved Micro-Jobs, Bounties, Commissions and cashback, less fees and taxes under Schedule F. It is a record of a debt. You cannot add money to your Wallet, send Wallet balance to another user, or use it to pay anyone other than OwoDaily. It earns no interest and is not insured by the NDIC. OwoDaily is not a bank, a mobile money operator or a licensed payment service provider; all payouts are made through licensed banks and payment partners.
7.2 Credits are prepaid units, not money. Credits are bought from OwoDaily at the published price, can be used only to pay for Campaigns on the Platform, cannot be transferred to another user, cannot be withdrawn as cash, and do not expire while your Account is in good standing. Where a Campaign or Deal with Cashback paid for with Credits is cancelled or refunded under Schedule B or E, the refund is made in Credits to the Account that paid.
7.3 Payouts are processed every Friday for withdrawal requests that reached the minimum payout threshold and were made by the Thursday of the previous week, as described in Schedule F. Payouts go only to a Nigerian bank account verified in your own name, or, for users outside Nigeria, to a PayPal account in your own name. We will not pay to third-party accounts.
7.4 We may hold a Payout, or part of it, while we verify your identity, your bank details, a reported submission, an engagement anomaly or a Campaign Owner's complaint, and we will tell you why. Holds are lifted when the review ends. Amounts found to have been earned in breach of these Terms are reversed under clause 10.
8.1 You take part in the Platform as an independent contractor. You decide whether, when and which Campaigns to do, you use your own devices and social media accounts, you may work for anyone else, and you are paid only for approved results. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, franchise or joint-venture relationship between you and OwoDaily or between you and any Campaign Owner. You are not entitled to wages, leave, pension or other employee benefits.
8.2 You are responsible for your own income tax, except for tax we are required by law to deduct at source under Schedule F.
9.1 Your membership fee pays for access to the Platform, its tools and its courses. It is not an investment, deposit or contribution. It earns no return and is never used to pay other Members.
9.2 Micro-Job payments, Content Rewards, Partner Bounties and cashback are funded by the Campaign Owners and Partners who post them. OwoDaily's own Bounties are marketing payments for verified results.
9.3 You are never required to recruit anyone in order to use the Platform, to do Micro-Jobs or to be paid.
9.4 Referral rewards are paid once, on a genuine first purchase or claim by the person you referred. We pay no reward on purchases made by people your referral later refers, except the cashback-claim Commission in Schedule D, which is paid on your own referral's claims only and never on a further level.
9.5 Earnings on OwoDaily depend on the Campaigns available and the work you choose to do. We do not promise any level of income, and you must not promise one to anyone else. Any earnings statement you make about OwoDaily must be true for you personally and must be taken from, or consistent with, our published materials.
10.1 You must not:
(a) submit fake, copied, unrelated or automated proof for any Campaign, or claim a Bounty you did not earn; (b) use bots, engagement panels, view-for-view groups, bought views, giveaways or paid engagement on any content you submit for a Campaign; (c) use OwoDaily Micro-Jobs to boost content you have submitted to a Content Reward campaign; (d) create more than one Account, or use another person's Account, identity or bank details; (e) post or promote anything false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, hateful, infringing, or unlawful; (f) promote any unregistered investment scheme, "double your money" offer, betting or gaming without a state licence, unregistered NAFDAC-regulated product, or loan product that breaches FCCPC lending rules; (g) make earnings or income promises about OwoDaily or any Campaign; (h) run or promote any raffle, draw, lucky dip or other chance-based promotion on or through the Platform unless clause B9 is satisfied; (i) spam, harass, bully or threaten any user in the Village community forum, comments, chat or anywhere else; (j) copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or republish the Platform, or remove any copyright or trademark notice; (k) use "owodaily" or our logo in a social media username or page name in a way that suggests you are OwoDaily; (l) use the Platform for any criminal purpose, including fraud, identity theft or money laundering.
10.2 Review charge for reported submissions. If a Campaign Owner reports a Micro-Job submission as fake or unrelated and our review agrees, we deduct a review charge of ₦50 from your Wallet for each confirmed report. The charge covers the cost of the review and is paid to OwoDaily. You may appeal within 7 days through the REPORT button; if the appeal succeeds the charge is reversed.
10.3 Strikes and limits. Depending on the seriousness and frequency of a breach, we may issue a warning, limit your Account from submitting to new Campaigns for 7 to 30 days, place your Account on hold for review, reverse earnings obtained through the breach, remove you permanently from Content Reward campaigns, or close your Account. Blacklisting by an individual Campaign Owner is that owner's choice and does not need our approval.
10.4 Fraud. Where we reasonably believe you have committed fraud, identity theft or another offence under the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc.) Act 2015 (as amended) or the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Fraud Related Offences Act 2006, we may close your Account, withhold any balance earned through the conduct, and report the matter to law enforcement.
10.5 Human review and appeals. Decisions to reject a submission, withhold a Bounty, limit or close an Account are made by our review team, assisted by automated checks. You may ask for a human review of any such decision within 7 days by using the REPORT button or emailing [email protected] with your reasons, and we will reply within 10 business days. You can appeal each decision once.
11.1 Your content stays yours. You keep the copyright in your User Content. By posting it on the Platform you grant OwoDaily a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce and communicate it to the public for the purpose of operating, moderating and promoting the Platform, and to let Campaign Owners see the proof you submit for their Campaigns. Additional licences for Creators are in Schedule C.
11.2 Our content stays ours. The Platform, its software, design, courses, Academy videos, templates, guides, mascot, name and logos belong to OwoDaily or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own participation on the Platform. You may not copy, resell, share or republish course or Academy content. Where a guide or template is expressly marked as free for Members to use under their own name, you may use it under the conditions stated on it.
11.3 Takedown. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a notice meeting section 54 of the Copyright Act 2022 to [email protected] with the subject "Copyright notice". We will act under sections 55 and 56 of that Act: we will notify the user, remove or disable the content, accept a counter-notice within 10 days, and suspend repeat infringers for at least one month after a second confirmed notice.
11.4 Brand use. If you promote OwoDaily, a Campaign or a Partner, you may use the names and logos we make available for that purpose only, in the way we show them, for as long as you are a Member in good standing.
12.1 We collect and use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12.2 We operate an Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism Policy. You agree to give us the identity, business and source-of-funds information we reasonably ask for under that policy, in particular before we accept a Partner, a large Campaign funding or an unusual payout pattern, and you accept that we may hold a payout or decline a transaction while checks are made and may report suspicious activity to the authorities without telling you.
12.3 Where you receive personal data of other users through the Platform, for example as a Campaign Owner reviewing proofs, you must use it only for that Campaign, keep it secure, not contact those users outside the Platform, and comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
The Platform contains links to social media platforms, payment processors, Partner websites and other third-party services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or security. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. Social media platforms may change their rules at any time, and a Campaign may become impossible or a submission may be removed because of a platform rule; that is not a breach by us.
14.1 We will provide the Platform with reasonable care and skill, maintain your Account, pay approved balances in line with Schedule F, and give support to all users through the channels listed in clause 18.
14.2 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any Campaign will be available, approved or completed. We disclaim all implied warranties to the extent the law allows.
14.3 We are not a party to the arrangement between a Campaign Owner and a Member, between a Partner and a Customer, or between an Affiliate and a buyer. We are not responsible for a Campaign Owner's or Partner's products, claims, briefs or conduct, except where these Terms say we are.
14.4 To the extent permitted by law, OwoDaily, its directors, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of social media accounts arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in that period and ₦50,000. This limit does not apply to payment of your approved Wallet balance, which we owe you in full under clause 7.
14.5 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.
15.1 These Terms apply from the moment you accept them until your Account is closed.
15.2 You may close your Account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Before you do, withdraw any Wallet balance above the payout threshold; a balance below the threshold cannot be paid out and is forfeited 90 days after closure unless you reopen the Account.
15.3 We may suspend or close your Account on written notice if you breach these Terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop providing the Platform. If we close your Account for reasons other than your breach, we will pay any approved Wallet balance, including balances below the threshold, within 30 days.
15.4 Clauses that by their nature should survive closure (including 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 16 and 17) continue to apply.
You will indemnify OwoDaily and its directors, employees and agents against any claim, fine, penalty, loss or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your User Content, your Campaigns, your promotional activity or your violation of any law or third-party right.
17.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
17.2 Complaints first. If you have a complaint, email [email protected] with the subject "Complaint". We will acknowledge it within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 15 business days.
17.3 If you are an individual Member, Customer, Creator or Affiliate. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you and we may agree to mediation under Part II of the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023 at the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to complain to the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission or to bring a claim in a Nigerian court of competent jurisdiction.
17.4 If you are a business. Any dispute between OwoDaily and a Campaign Owner, Partner or other business user that is not resolved by negotiation within 30 days shall first be referred to mediation under Part II of the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023 at the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse. If it is not settled within 45 days of the mediator's appointment, it shall be finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023, which the parties expressly choose in place of the Lagos State Arbitration Law 2009. The seat of arbitration is Lagos, Nigeria, the tribunal is a sole arbitrator appointed by agreement or, failing agreement within 14 days, by the Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Nigeria Branch), the language is English, and the courts of Lagos State have supervisory jurisdiction. Either party may seek interim relief from a court under section 19 of the Act.
Headings are for convenience only. If any clause is held invalid, the rest continues in force. Our failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver. You may not transfer your Account or these Terms to anyone else; we may transfer them to a successor business on notice. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including internet, payment-network or social-platform outages, except that this does not excuse payment of amounts already due. These Terms, the Schedules, the Privacy Policy and the rules published with each Campaign are the whole agreement between you and OwoDaily about the Platform.
A1. Doing Micro-Jobs. Each Micro-Job shows the task, the proof required and the fee. Read the instructions before you start. Submit only proof that you created yourself, for that job, on that date. A Campaign Owner may accept or reject a submission within the period shown on the job; a rejection may be appealed under clause 10.5, and a Senior Moderator's decision on appeal is final within the Platform.
A2. Payment for Micro-Jobs. An approved submission is credited to your Wallet at the fee shown, less any deduction required under Schedule F. The Campaign Owner's budget is paid to OwoDaily in advance, so you are paid by OwoDaily, not by the Campaign Owner.
A3. OwoDaily Bounties. OwoDaily publishes Bounties, including the Member Sales Bounties (for verified first-time paid memberships bought through your invite link from the start date shown on each Bounty) and Content Reward streak Bounties. Each Bounty page states the actions, the period, the proof and the claim process. A Bounty is paid in full to every Member who qualifies and passes verification; there is no draw, no element of chance and no cap on the number of qualifiers other than the published eligibility rules. Once your claim is verified and you enter the bounty code, the amount is credited to your Wallet immediately.
A4. Champion Rewards and Partner Bounties. Bounties for course sales ("Champion Rewards") and Bounties posted by Partners for their own affiliates are governed by the rules on each Bounty page, and Partner Bounties are funded by the Partner.
A5. Hiring Members. A Member may post Micro-Jobs. When you do, Schedule B applies to you as a Campaign Owner.
A6. Village community. The Village forum is for members to help each other. Keep it respectful, no spam, no link-dropping, no earnings promises, and no sharing of other users' personal details. Contest rewards announced in the Village are Bounties under A3.
A7. Referral link. Your invite link is personal. Do not share it in any way that breaks a platform's rules, that looks like OwoDaily's official channel, or that makes income promises.
B1. Who this covers. This Schedule applies to any user who posts a Campaign: a Member posting Micro-Jobs, an OwoDaily Plus member posting Bounties or Content Reward campaigns, and a Partner listing Deals with Cashback (Schedule E adds further terms for Partners).
B2. What you are buying. When you fund a Campaign you are buying a campaign service from OwoDaily Limited: we list your Campaign, make it available to Members, verify submissions against your instructions, and pay Members from our own funds. Members are not your employees or contractors.
B3. Funding and approval. You pay the full Campaign amount in advance by bank transfer or card through the payment processors offered, or with Credits. The amount is calculated as shown at checkout and in Schedule F (worker fee × number of workers, plus the service fee, VAT, transaction fee and the listing approval fee). Your Campaign is reviewed before it goes live, usually within 1 to 4 hours of payment confirmation; OwoDaily Plus members may use the "Notify Moderators" option for faster review. We may decline any Campaign that breaches these Terms or the law, and we will tell you why.
B4. Campaign funds are advance payment, not escrow. Amounts you pay to fund a Campaign are advance payment to OwoDaily Limited for the service in B2. They are held in OwoDaily's own accounts, are not held on trust or in escrow, do not earn interest, and are refundable only as set out in B5. OwoDaily, not you, pays Members and cashback claimants.
B5. Cancellation and refunds. You may cancel a Campaign that has not started within 14 days of funding, and we will refund the amount paid less the listing approval fee, any tax already remitted and a cancellation charge of 2.5% to cover payment-processing cost. Campaigns rejected by a moderator are refunded in full to the payment method or Credits used. Once a Campaign has started, the unused balance at the end of the Campaign is returned to your Account as Credits, which you can use for your next Campaign. Credits cannot be converted to cash.
B6. Your instructions. Write clear, lawful instructions. You must not require Members to do anything that breaks the rules of the social platform concerned (for example mass-following, fake reviews, vote manipulation or engagement on content that is not yours), to download unsafe software, or to share their personal data with you outside the Platform.
B7. Reviewing submissions. Review submissions honestly and within the period shown. Rejecting valid submissions to avoid paying is a breach; repeated bad-faith rejections lead to removal of posting rights. You may report fake or unrelated submissions, and you may blacklist a Member from your own Campaigns.
B8. You are the Advertiser. You are the advertiser and sponsor of every Campaign you post, within the meaning of section 63 of the Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria Act 2022. You are solely responsible for the legality, truthfulness and substantiation of every claim in your brief, your product and the content made for you; for obtaining, before the Campaign goes live, any pre-exposure approval of the Advertising Standards Panel of ARCON that the law requires for your Campaign; and for any approval required by NAFDAC, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Central Bank of Nigeria, a state gaming regulator or any other regulator for your product or service. Where you hold an ARCON approval number, you must enter it when you create the Campaign. If you boost, promote or run as paid advertising any content created through a Campaign, you are the advertiser of that advertising and must obtain the vetting the law requires before you run it. OwoDaily may pause or remove any Campaign that lacks a required approval or that we reasonably believe breaches the Nigerian Code of Advertising Practice or any law, and you will reimburse OwoDaily for any fine, penalty or cost arising from your Campaign.
B9. No chance-based promotions. You may not run, and may not ask Members or Creators to promote, any raffle, draw, lucky dip, random reward or other scheme in which prizes are allocated by chance, unless you have first provided OwoDaily with a valid promotional permit from the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority (or the relevant state regulator) and evidence of any registration the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission requires for sales promotions. Bounties you post must be fixed rewards paid to every qualifier.
B10. Prohibited Campaigns. We do not carry Campaigns for unregistered investment or "returns" schemes, crypto or forex "signals" promising profit, betting or gaming without a state licence, unregistered NAFDAC-regulated products, lending products that do not comply with FCCPC rules, political advertising without sponsor disclosure, tobacco, alcohol or adult content, or anything aimed at under-18s.
B11. Data you receive. Proof screenshots, usernames and other details you see in submissions are personal data. You are an independent data controller for that data under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, must use it only to review the Campaign, must not contact Members outside the Platform, and must delete it when the review is complete.
B12. Content Reward campaigns you post. When you post a Content Reward campaign you set the pay rate, caps, minimum views, engagement floor, duration, brief and prohibited claims in the listing, within the limits OwoDaily publishes. Views and results are measured by OwoDaily's tracking on the social platform; you accept that measurement as final unless there is clear evidence of error. You receive the licence in Schedule C to use Creator content for the period stated there, and you must disclose paid partnership rules to Creators in your brief.
B13. API and tools. Where you use the post-job API or other tools, you must keep your keys secret and use the tools only for your own lawful Campaigns within the rate limits we publish.
C1. Taking part. Each Content Reward campaign page states who may take part, the brief, how pay is calculated (for example a fixed amount per 1,000 verified views counted on a stated day, with a minimum and a cap per video), any Bounties for streaks or milestones, the proof required and the rejection rules. Those rules form part of this Schedule for that Campaign.
C2. Disclosure. Every video you post for a Campaign is a paid post. You must turn on the social platform's paid partnership or branded content label, include #ad in the caption, and say only what is true for you and what the brief allows. You must not hide, blur or disguise the brand or app being promoted.
C3. Truthful content. You must not make earnings, income, health, financial-return or comparative claims that the brief does not authorise. For Campaigns about OwoDaily, you may show only your own payouts, must cover your account number, must never state or imply what others will earn, must never use the words invest, returns, profit, guaranteed or similar, and must not name or show any real celebrity, influencer, artist or brand without permission.
C4. Genuine reach only. All views, likes, comments and shares must come from genuine accounts reacting naturally. Using panels, bots, bought views, view-for-view groups, giveaways, paid engagement or OwoDaily Micro-Jobs on a Campaign video is a serious breach: it removes you permanently from all Content Reward campaigns and cancels unpaid Campaign earnings. OwoDaily checks its own Micro-Jobs against every Campaign link.
C5. Verification and payment. OwoDaily counts views automatically through its tracking tools and a reviewer checks each video against the rules before payment. Pay is credited to your Wallet after the count date and review period stated on the Campaign page. Re-uploads of the same video are not paid. Deleting or privating a video before payment, or during any period the Campaign page requires it to stay live, forfeits payment for that video.
C6. Takedown requests. If OwoDaily or the Campaign Owner asks you to remove or edit a video because of a legal, platform or brand concern, you must do so within 24 hours. You will still be paid for verified results earned before the request unless the video breached these Terms.
C7. Your content and the licence you give. You keep the copyright in your videos. By submitting a video to a Campaign you grant OwoDaily Limited and the Campaign Owner a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce, share, embed, subtitle and lightly edit the video and to communicate it to the public on their own social channels, websites and inside the Platform for 12 months from submission, and you grant OwoDaily the same licence without time limit for case studies, demo libraries and promotion of the Platform, with credit to you where practicable. This licence is given in writing for the purposes of section 30 of the Copyright Act 2022. You consent, as a performer, to the fixation and distribution of your performance. You agree not to assert your moral rights under section 14 of that Act against edits made in the ordinary course of sharing and promotion. Where a Campaign brief expressly says the Campaign Owner will own the content, your acceptance of that brief is an assignment of the copyright in that content to the Campaign Owner, effective on payment.
C8. Paid promotion of your video needs your separate consent. The licence in C7 does not allow OwoDaily or the Campaign Owner to run your video as a paid advertisement. If OwoDaily or a Campaign Owner wants to boost your video (for example as a TikTok Spark Ad), they must ask you, you may say no, and your consent is given video by video when you supply the platform's authorisation code. Any such boost is run by, and is the advertising of, the party who pays for it, who is responsible for any vetting the law requires. You keep every Bounty and Commission earned through your own links as a result.
C9. Independent and responsible. You are an independent contractor. You are responsible for your own social media account, its compliance with the platform's rules, and any consequence of your content, except where it follows a brief we or a Campaign Owner approved.
D1. What you may promote. As a Member you may promote OwoDaily membership, OwoDaily Plus, Academy courses, Deals with Cashback and Partner products through the referral links shown on your Rewards page. Partners may set additional conditions for their own offers.
D2. What you earn. Commissions and Bounties are those published on the Rewards page or the Partner's listing at the time of the qualifying event. Currently:
(a) Course and OwoDaily Plus sales: the published Commission is paid when a person buys a course or OwoDaily Plus through your link, or joins through your invite link and later upgrades to OwoDaily Plus inside the Platform. It is credited to your Wallet on confirmation of payment.
(b) Membership sales: no Commission is paid on the annual membership itself. Verified first-time paid memberships through your invite link count towards the Member Sales Bounties under Schedule A3.
(c) Cashback claims: when a person who joined through your invite link claims cashback on a Deal with Cashback, you earn the affiliate share published for that deal. This share is paid on your own referral's claims only; it is never paid on claims by people your referral refers.
(d) Partner offers: the Commission the Partner sets for the offer.
D3. Reversals. Commissions and Bounties are reversed where the purchase is refunded, charged back, found to be self-referral, duplicate or fraudulent, or where the referred person's Account is closed for breach within 30 days of purchase.
D4. How you may promote. You must follow the rules of every platform you post on, disclose that you are rewarded for referrals where the law or the platform requires it, use only approved brand assets, and make no earnings promises. You must not bid on OwoDaily's name in paid search, send unsolicited bulk messages, use cookie-stuffing, incentivise sign-ups with cash or gifts, or present yourself as OwoDaily or its employee. You must not promote OwoDaily as an investment, a "get rich" scheme or anything that pays for recruiting.
D5. Paid advertising by you. If you run paid advertising to promote OwoDaily or a Partner offer, you are the advertiser of that advertising, you are responsible for any vetting required under the ARCON Act 2022 and for the platform's advertising rules, and you must only use claims taken from our published materials.
D6. Your status. You are an independent contractor with no authority to make promises, collect money or accept obligations on OwoDaily's behalf.
D7. Free guides and templates. Where OwoDaily makes a guide, lead magnet or template available to Affiliates to use under their own name, you may change only the fields marked for you (your name, photo and links), may not change the other text, and must keep any disclosure line in it.
E1. Becoming a Partner. A Partner is an OwoDaily Plus member that we accept into the Partner programme after a verification call or review. Partners receive onboarding, an account contact and extra support for longer-term listings. We may decline or end Partner status at any time on notice; you then remain an OwoDaily Plus member.
E2. Deals with Cashback. To list a Deal with Cashback you buy Credits to fund the cashback pool for that deal, set the deal price, the fixed cashback amount and the affiliate share, and submit the listing for verification. Each verified purchase of the deal triggers payment of the cashback to the Customer and the affiliate share to the referring Affiliate from the pool, with OwoDaily's share as published. You must honour the deal for every Customer who buys it on the listed terms, supply the product or service as described, and resolve delivery and quality issues with the Customer directly. You can see the pool balance and claims on your dashboard. If you cancel a deal, unused pool Credits return to your Account and may be used for another listing or for your own loyalty cashback.
E3. Customer data. OwoDaily does not give you Customers' personal details. If a Customer registers with you after purchase, you are the controller of that data under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
E4. Agencies listing for clients. If you post Campaigns for a client, you confirm that you are authorised to bind the client, that the client has given you the approvals and the substantiation required under Schedule B8, and that you and the client are jointly and severally responsible under Schedule B.
E5. Digital products and offers. If you list a digital product, course or offer for Affiliates to promote, you warrant that you own or are licensed to sell it, that it does what you say, that it is not a prohibited product under B10, and that you will provide customer support for it. Buyers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for a product that does not match its description or cannot be accessed, except where the product has been fully delivered and used; you bear the cost of such refunds and must cooperate with us in processing them.
E6. Gift cards. Partners may buy OwoDaily membership gift cards at the published price to give to their own affiliates or creators so that those people can join OwoDaily without paying the membership fee themselves. Gift cards are closed-loop: they can be redeemed only for OwoDaily membership, have no cash value, cannot be resold to the public, and are not refundable once purchased, except where OwoDaily withdraws the product before redemption.
E7. Partner conduct. You must not collect money on OwoDaily's behalf, create obligations for OwoDaily, describe OwoDaily as your partner in a way that implies endorsement beyond this Schedule, or use OwoDaily's name or logo beyond the assets we provide. All warranties OwoDaily gives Customers in Part 1 apply to Customers who buy your deals, and you will indemnify OwoDaily for any claim arising from your products, deals or services.
E8. Term. This Schedule applies while you hold Partner status and, for deals and products already sold, until all obligations to Customers are met.
This Schedule holds all current fees. We may change a fee on 14 days' written notice under clause 3.3. Changes apply to transactions after the effective date; payouts requested before it keep the old fee.
F1. Plans (inclusive of VAT)
| Plan | Price | Period |
|---|---|---|
| OwoDaily Cashback | ₦0 | Free |
| Members | ₦5,000 | 12 months, manual renewal |
| OwoDaily Plus | ₦30,000 | 12 months, manual renewal |
| Upgrade Members → OwoDaily Plus | ₦25,000 | For the remainder of the current year, then renewal at ₦30,000 |
F2. Campaign costs (Campaign Owners)
The total you pay to post a Campaign is:
worker fee × number of workers (the amount Members receive)
Example: 100 workers at ₦35 each = ₦3,500; plus 18% (₦630) = ₦4,130; plus ₦200 approval fee = ₦4,330. The exact total is shown before you pay. Business Campaign Owners that deduct withholding tax from OwoDaily's service fee must issue us a withholding tax credit note.
F3. Payout schedule
F4. Deductions from payouts
The following are deducted from each payout and shown on your payout record:
(a) Tax deducted at source. Where the Deduction of Tax at Source (Withholding) Regulations 2024 (or any replacement) require us to deduct tax from amounts we pay you, we deduct it at the rate the law prescribes for that type of earning and remit it to the relevant tax authority on your behalf. The current rates we apply are: [2]% on Micro-Job and Content Reward earnings and [5]% on Commissions and Bounties, for residents who have given us a valid Tax Identification Number, and [double those rates] where no TIN has been provided. We will issue evidence of remittance on request so that you can claim credit against your own income tax.
(b) Payout processing cost: 0.5% of the payout, which covers the bank or PayPal transfer fee, VAT on that fee and the ₦50 stamp duty on electronic transfers of ₦10,000 or more under the Nigeria Tax Act 2025.
No other deduction is made from payouts. OwoDaily does not charge, and the Central Bank of Nigeria does not levy, any percentage fee on payouts.
