The most pathetic person in the world is someone who has sight but no vision. Where there is no vision, the people perish.

Vision is defined as the power and ability to think about or plan for the future with great imagination or wisdom. It is the faculty of sight, unusual foresight, a mental image produced by the imagination, the experience of the supernatural as if with the eyes.

Vision is very important in the life of Man. To succeed in life, one must have vision. A visionless life is a wasted life, it is the vision that you have that will be propelling your life. It gives direction and path to take in life.

Lack of vision brings about depression and discouragement which can result into frustration. Without doubt, effectiveness in life will be far away from away from a leader that lacks vision. It is one of the qualities essential to leadership. The ability to know the next thing to.do sets a person apart as a leader. It is the indispensable tool without which leadership is doomed to failure. 

A visionless man is a man of no destination which is like a madman who has lost his senses. When you see a man of clear vision then you will see a life of plan and pattern.
